Prior to choosing a profession in the Law, Ms. Nunnink was a Social Worker and worked closely with abused and neglected children. Among Ms. Nunnink’s responsibilities at Social Services was participation in court proceedings on behalf of children. As a result of this experience, Ms. Nunnink decided to enter Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 1988 with the intention of having a greater impact on the families she served and the laws that protect them.

Educational Background & Memberships

Ms. Nunnink completed Law School in three years while also holding a full-time job. She received her JD in 1991 and specializes in Family law. Ms. Nunnink finds that her great knowledge of delicate family issues is a major asset in successfully representing her clients.

Ms. Nunnink holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association and the Passaic County Bar Association. Ms. Nunnink is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. She has been appointed as the Prosecutor for the Norwood Municipal Court and she has been appointed to the Office of Attorney Ethics District Fee Arbitration Committee. Ms. Nunnink is a Court Approved Family Law Economic Mediator. She has a successful practice assisting people to resolve their differences without litigation.

Ms. Nunnink is regularly appointed by Family Court Judges as a Guardian Ad Litem for children to represent their best interests in highly contested cases and she has testified in Court on behalf of these children.
